The International Handbook of Earthquake and Engineering Seismology has been published in two parts (Part A, Sept., 2003; and Part B, July, 2003) by Academic Press. It is a reference work (2,000 pages and 3 CD-ROMs) published to celebrate the Association's centennial, in collaboration with the International Association for Earthquake Engineering. Below are links that will download various documents or datasets that are of interest to the IASPEI community. If you have suggestions about additional contents for this page, please contact Peter Suhadolc.
I attach a PDF copy of a Seismological tables booklet for the ak135 model which could be made available for download from the IASPEI site.
The IASP91 tables are out of print and I have felt for some time that we should have an update, but it has been difficult to find the time.
This new pamphlet contains some new features but every table in the older book is present.

Please find attached the MAE Center Kashmir earthquake Quicklook Report. It contains some early analyses of strong-motion data. We are working on a more comprehensive report that will include several structural and geotechnical back-analyses. We would very much welcome your comments on the attached short report so that we can adjust our scope of work for the full report accordingly.
If you have a web site where you post documents of general interest to the earthquake engineering community, please consider posting the MAE Center Kashmir report on your web site.
